They were catchy tunes that helped you memorize Scripture.

Hang tough Pastor Chuck, you're in my prayers.Nightingalenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8402082.post-78772077214974961042012-01-01T21:03:28.373-08:002012-01-01T21:03:28.373-08:00This is my first occasion to view your blog. I liked Love Song - the group, and song, and their albums. It's the other music coming out of the whole hippie church thing I couldn't stand.Rick Moorehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06087847892047296117noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8402082.post-57386449253910662702012-01-01T18:00:14.393-08:002012-01-01T18:00:14.393-08:00Yea, the rest of the Album was, "Crap". ...Yea, the rest of the Album was, "Crap". Rick, ignorant statements about Chuck is not appreciated at this time. Find an alternative context to devalue what Christian music has become. If there's anyone who has held a high standard for worship it's pastor Chuck pure and simple. My Dad was a hurting, lonely, lost drug dealer when he heard Xavier Ries tell him about the love of Jesus. My dad served with Raul Ries and then began a home bible study in a small town in northern California that 25 years later grew to 600 precious people. I was raised in God's Word, I went to Bible College and I married a man of God and we're expecting our first little one with whom we will do our best to share the love of Jesus. I thank God that He used Pastor Chuck to reach Xavier to reach my dad to reach me to reach my baby. I look forward to humming and singing all of those sweet Maranatha songs to my little one, just like my beautiful mom sang to me 28 years ago. Lord please bless our Pastor Chuck. -RachelAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8402082.post-23169893652345941742012-01-01T13:04:24.116-08:002012-01-01T13:04:24.116-08:00O pastor Chuck really needs your forgiveness for c...O pastor Chuck really needs your forgiveness for committing such a horrible sin before God and before you by allowing Love Song to sing about Jesus Christ. Pastor Chuck embodies faithfulness to the whole counsel of Christ and by the grace of God impacted a whole generation throughout the world.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
