Nuclear Bombs, but Not Nuclear Power

The country of North Korea, so proud of their nuclear bomb program, might want to consider directing some of those atoms toward electricity generation instead of nuclear fission. Take a look a this nighttime satellite shot of the Korean peninsula (h/t Drudge):

That dark spot is North Korea. Hidden in the darkness is the 23 million starving Koreans, and a very well fed army.
