Decorating the White House Fence

This just in on Twitter:
ambreenali: Antiwar activists say there are ~120 ppl planning 2 chain themselves 2 White House fence in a few mins.
String lights on them and make them part of the Christmas decorations.

    Joke was on them. It was frigid and snowed ALL DAY! Perfect targets for snowballs. :-)
