TV's Joe Scarborough, who today dismissed Sarah Palin as a symbol of "anti-intellectualism" with a "dopey dream" of being president, will help headline the launch next month of a new national group dedicated to restoring civility in politics. So, I guess the first rule of civility to is to call your opponents "dopey" and "anti-intellectuals". Scarborough has certainly fallen a long way since he was part of the 1994 GOP revolution. The guy's become fully MSNBC-ized.
You know what happens to Republicans who are more worried about being civil than promoting conservative policies? They lose.
