Democrats Need Religion

That seems like an obvious statement, but not to many Dems. They are beginning to realize that they simply don't understand religious people (which make up the majority of Americans), and pundits are starting to pontificate about such things.

Here are a couple of articles on religion and Democrats: "Why religion is a losing issue for today's Democrats" and "Democrats Need To 'Get Religion.' It's Not Scary".

Unfortunately, most of the Dems researching this "religion" stuff will not understand that the values driving people to the polls for Bush were not born of head knowledge of religion, but heart knowledge. Until the Dems have a transformation of the heart, all the head knowledge in the world will do them no good.
