As heard on this morning's Rush Limbaugh show:
Mark R. Levin, lawyer and radio talk show host who is also known as "F. Lee Levin" on the Rush Limbaugh show, has written a new book about the Supreme Court called "Men in Black". Levin clearly thinks the Court has taken on powers not given it by the Constitution, and is very concerned about the way court decisions disenfranchise the voters. Every time the Court finds a new right that's not specifically mentioned in the Constitution (such as the "right to privacy" which gave us legalized abortion and may one day lead to same sex marriage), they take the decisions regarding that right out of the hands of the voters. This is very troubling to those of us who value the rules laid down by the Constitution.
The book has moved to the top of the Amazon.com bestseller list, and you can order yours here.
