Will the New Iranian President Be Friendly to the US?

No. Here's a photo of the new president that some of you may remember (h/t LittleGreenFootballs):




For the history impaired, that's a photo from the 1979 takeover of the US Embassy in Tehran, the event which began a 444 day seige and effectively ended the Carter Administration (well, some good did come from it). The "gentleman" in the red circle is the newly "elected" president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. You can read the story here.
