Day Two of the Inquisition

Judge Roberts is more than holding his own in the battle with the half-wits on the Senate Judiciary Committee. Try as they might the Dems can't lay a glove on this guy. He's definately the smartest guy in the room (even if you combine the entire Dem panel and their aides).

Reuters thought they'd be cute by running this photo of Roberts, as though he was suffering some kind of fear reaction to Sen. Biden:
Actually I think that's the look you see when somebody is trying to stifle a guffaw after being asked yet another stupid question. The fact is, Roberts can tell them whatever he wants, because as Rush pointed out on his show today, once confirmed nobody can touch him.
