With the emphasis on finger-pointing these days in the wake of Katrina, it might be useful to go back and review the timeline of events both leading up to the storm, and in the aftermath of the storm. Rick Moran at Rightwing Nuthouse has done just that and has put together a pretty comprehensive timeline of events and responses from governmental officials. You can read it here.
