DeLay Confounds the Dems Once Again

The Dems probably thought they were going to get a rare campaign ad treat when Tom DeLay was booked, photographed and fingerprinted today. I'm sure they were hoping for a mugshot that looked something like this:


Instead, they got this:
Putting that smiling, confidant photo of DeLay on Dem campaign mailers won't do them much good (and they already have the picture on their website). It's hard to demonize a guy that looks like he's having a good time.

Ronnie Earle must be very disappointed.
