South Africa's highest court ruled Thursday it is unconstitutional to prevent gay people from marrying, paving the way for the country to become the first to legalize same-sex unions on a continent where homosexuality remains largely taboo.Given that our own Supreme Court includes Justices like Kennedy, Breyer and Souter who are fond of looking to foreign courts for decisions they can use to justify their rulings, how long will it be before they cite this South African case to legalize gay marriage in this country?

South Africa Court Okays Gay Marriage
Traditional marriage suffered another blow today as the South African Supreme Court ruled that gays couldn't be restricted from marrying one another:
