No Respect

The internet is abuzz with a video of former Clinton Attorney General Janet Reno singing Aretha Franklin's "R-E-S-P-E-C-T" at a Miami fundraiser on Thursday night. Someone filmed the unfortunate act, and it's being linked all over the blogosphere. In fact, here's a photo from the performance:


Oh, wait. Wrong picture, but I'm sure you can understand how that might have happened. The missing link on the left is the new Russian heavyweight boxing champion Nikolai Valuev. He's 7' tall, weighs 323 pounds, and usually enters the ring by stepping over the top rope. I think a museum somewhere is missing an "early man" exhibit. Talk about being born in the wrong century - this guy looks like he was born in the wrong geologic age.

Some people just get no respect.
