NICE, Oct 29 (Reuters) - The Ligue 1 match between Nice and Olympique Marseille was suspended for five minutes after a fireman was hurt by a firebomb, security sources said on Sunday.
The firebomb was thrown from the Marseille fans' stand and the fireman lost two fingers when trying to grab it on the ground, the source added.
The match was interrupted while stewards in the Stade du Ray were trying to find the fireman's fingers.
Amazingly, they continued the match after the bombing. You'd think a more prudent course of action would have been to empty the stadium before something else happened.
