As I wake up this morning I find myself the parent of an adult. How'd that happen? That little blonde-haired girl that's been running around my house all these years turns 18 today. Legally, she's now an adult (though as long as she's living in my house.....you know the rest).
It won't be long and we'll be sending her off to college. A lot of things will be happening in the next 10 or 11 months that I'm not really looking forward to. I've kind of gotten used to having her around the house.
