He's In....No Wait, He's Out!

But he'll be in again. Just a day after declaring that Congress should remove the funding for the border fence, Fox News reported that New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson is running for President:
New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson is expected to formally file papers to form a presidential exploratory committee in January. But today he told FOX News "I am running," as he described the professional and personal experiences that he believes have prepared him for the job.

"I've dealt with the issues that are very important today — national security, immigration and energy," Richardson said in an interview with FOX News' Carl Cameron.

Richardson was secretary of energy and later U.N. ambassador during the Clinton administration. In addition to his diplomatic experience, Richardson believes that his Hispanic heritage will be an advantage in his campaign for the presidency.

But wait, there's more! Shortly after that report hit the airwaves, suddenly Richardson wasn't running...yet. This was the statement that appeared on a New Mexican TV station:
You notice how when the Dems screw something up it's always Fox News' fault?

It really doesn't matter. Richardson is running, whether he announces it today or in January. Oh, and one more thing...he won't win.
