A new comedy news program from Joel Surnow, the producer of "24", will debut on the Fox News Network on Sunday night (10pm EST/7pm PST). The show features a faux news broadcast that is very politically incorrect. It also features Rush Limbaugh as the President and Ann Coulter as the Vice President. Enough said.
