A Creative Traffic School Ad

While driving home from work on Monday I was passed by a motorcycle officer from some local city (I couldn't read the city on the bike) who was probably on his way home from work. As he passed me I saw his license plate frame. It read:

I had to laugh, but I wouldn't be laughing if he was "signing me up".
