Fox News and Black Caucus Partner for Debates

After the Dems cut-and-ran from the Fox News sponsored debate to be held later this year in Nevada, the Dems and their far-left wacko websites were making all kinds of noise about how they defeated Fox and that their candidates shouldn't appear on that network. I wonder what they'll say about this:
First on TVNewser: "FOX News and the Congressional Black Caucus Political Education and Leadership Institute (CBC Institute) have jointly announced that they will present two 2008 primary debates, which are expected to attract the top Democratic and Republican contenders for President of the United States. The debates will be presented live on FOX News Channel (FNC) and FOX News Radio.

The first of the two debates will be among Democratic candidates and will be held on September 23rd at the Fox Theater in Detroit. The second debate will be among Republican candidates and will take place in the fall of 2007 at a location to be determined. Both debates will serve as a forum for the candidates to make their platforms known.
The Dems wouldn't dare diss the black caucus, and if Fox was so inclined, they could really have some fun at the Dems expense. They won't, however, because they're a professional news organization and not a hack partisan organization as alleged by the wacky left. If they were the right wing shills as charged by the nutroots left, why would the black caucus want to do business with them?

This latest news really makes the whole Nevada controversy look pretty petty.

UPDATE: Speaking of petty, the nutroots are already demanding that the CBC cancel their deal with Fox. Michelle Malkin has the details.
