Traveling Problems For HolyCoast Family

HolyCoast Dad is writing this to let you know what is happening to Rick and his family.

Those of you who follow Rick's travels know that his family went to Sonoma State University this weekend to register their daughter (my granddaughter) for college in the Fall.

Well, this has been the day from you know where. First his flight (Alaska Airlines) from San Francisco was delayed for a few hours. Then it was canceled! If they went anywhere else to get back to So Cal area it could mean many hours more. What to do?

We just called them on their cell phone and found them about 200 miles away from home driving back in a rented car! That one hour flight has taken on an all day situation that begs to be over. They will be home sometime before midnight and I imagine he will be on this BLOG to
let you know they made it home.
