Barry Bonds and his questionably bulked-up body hit homer #756 tonight in San Francisco. I remember watching TV in a rec room of a Palm Springs motel in 1974 and seeing Hank Aaron hit #715 off of Al Downing of the Dodgers. It was an exciting moment.
I didn't feel the same excitement watching Bonds hit his record breaker.
