If the package says "Death by Chocolate", you wouldn't really think they mean it...but maybe they do:

'Death by Chocolate' cookies could be hazardous

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued an allergy alert about cookies sold at furniture stores in Calgary and Vancouver.

Bella Cucina's Death by Chocolate cookies contain walnuts, which are not declared on the label and could be hazardous to anyone with nut allergies.

You can't say you weren't warned.
