That little kid is now celebrating her 19th birthday at a far off college, and this will be the first time we haven't been able to celebrate it together. Since her birthday is the day before Halloween, her birthday celebrations always included costumes, so I thought I'd take a look through the archives and bring you some of my favorites (to her eternal embarrassment, most likely).
