The Racism of the Democratic Party

Somehow Democrats have been able to convince minorities that they are their friend and that Republicans are a bunch of biggots. Of course, when you throw money and social programs at people in order to keep them dependent on you, it's easy to convince them that they need you.

OpinionJournal ran a piece on Christmas Eve that I wish they'd run at a time when more people are reading. It gives a lengthy list of quotes from 200 years of Democrats that give you a good idea of the racist past (and some say present) of the Democratic party. You can read it here.
