He Knows His Way Around a Bottle of Tequila, Too

Barack Obama is trying to appeal to the Latino vote in Texas, and as I have written previously, Hispanic voters are not inclined to support a black man under any circumstances.

In order to enhance his appeal to Hispanics, Obama brought along a guy who knows his way around a bottle of tequila - Senor Teddy Kennedy:
