Lawsuit Filed Over McCain's Citizenship

You just knew this was coming:

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- John McCain has been called an American hero. But is he a natural born citizen?

A federal judge in California has been asked to determine if the Republican presidential candidate, who was born in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936, meets the legal test to qualify for the nation's highest office.

This tells me that Democrats are worried about McCain or else they wouldn't pursue such a silly claim.

However, the suit was filed in California and you never know what's going to happen out there. The cast of characters on the Ninth Circus Court of Appeals is such that they might not only rule him ineligible, but might just order him deported. Stranger things have happened.
