Chamber Concert

Not much blogging time Saturday since the main event was an evening Chamber Concert in which our daughter was featured. Her first piece was a quartet involving her on flute, soprano Eve Gmeiner, oboeist Laura Fromuth, and guitarist David Antuzzi. They played Liricas Castellanas by Joaquin Rodrigo:Her big number of the evening was the Hindemith Sonata for Flute and Piano, with accompanyist Becky Soler. A really demanding piece, and she knocked it out:

One more concert tomorrow afternoon with the Sonoma State University Honors Wind Ensemble, and then the 7 hour drive home. I'm looking forward to the concert. The drive, not so much.
