He's a Lousy Conductor

The Mrs. and I decided to head over to Disneyland for dinner and some walking Friday night, and one thing we've noticed lately is the increase in very effeminate male employees. You never saw that when worked there in 1975 (except maybe among the dancers). It isn't just the fairy princesses that are swishing around the park. As Aladdin would say, it's a "whole new world".

We decided to take a break and ride the train around for awhile and one of these gay blades was the train conductor, a guy (I think) who made quite a spectacle of the "ALL ABOARD" call at each station. After three station stops and three "ALL ABOARDs", I looked at my wife and said:

(Me) "This guy's a lousy conducter".

(Her) "Why's that?"

(Me) "He's so light in his loafers he's six inches off the ground, and everyone knows that air is a good insulator."

The engineers are laughing. The rest of you will get it after awhile.

Fortunately, when we were walking through Downtown Disney we missed this:
ANAHEIM A man believed to be in his 30s or 40s apparently jumped to his death today from the 14th floor of the Disneyland Hotel’s Wonder Tower, authorities said.

Shortly after 11 a.m., police were called to investigate a possible suicide at 1150 Magic Way, said Anaheim police Sgt. Rick Martinez.

The man, who has not been identified, jumped from a balcony in the hotel’s south tower onto a parking lot, Martinez said.

The man was in town on business and was staying in a room with a business associate; the business associate was in the room when the man jumped, Martinez said.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Talk about your E-Ticket rides...
