I turned off the TV right before the NBC interview with beach volleyball gold medalists Kerri Walsh and Misty May-Treanor, and now I'm sorry I did. At the end of the interview Walsh and May-Treanor added this (h/t Freedom Eden):

KERRI WALSH: Can I just say one thing really quick?
(Looking straight into the camera)

Mr. President, we thank you! Thank you for your inspiration, for all you do. Everyone at home, we love you.

MISTY MAY-TREANOR: (Speaking over Kerri) This is for you. We brought it home.

Class acts, but it probably created some panic in the NBC control room.
