Redeem Team Redeems

U.S. 101 - Argentina 81. The U.S. Men's Basketball team romped to an easy win over Argentina, the team that beat them in the semifinals in Athens in 2004. Well done.

I've been impressed with the team this Olympics, not because of their basketball prowess, which is amazing, but because of their attitude. They've worked hard to be good representatives of their country and have gone out of their way to support other athletes in other events. Players were seen in the stands at swimming events, beach volleyball, and watching the Women's Basketball team. I'm sure there were lots of similar situations with other sports as well.

I think they've made up for the performance and attitude we all saw in Athens.
