Who Are These Signs For?

HolyCoast Dad sent me this routine by Carlos Mencia. The signs in question can be found just a few miles down the freeway from here and I pass them all the time. Watch it all the way to the end:

Some years back when those signs first appeared on the freeway I wrote an op-ed piece for the Orange County Register called "Things That Go Bump in the Night".

They didn't like it. Hit a little too close to home (or close to the right-front quarterpanel).
