According to the ratings service, 37,244,000 people watched Palin's speech last night, about a million fewer than watched the Obamessiah and 13 million more than watched Joe Biden. All that despite the fact that her speech appeared on fewer networks. Today, the day after the speech, the only thing people are talking about is Sarah Palin. Last Friday, the day after Obama's speech, the only thing people were talking about was...Sarah Palin.
McCain's announcement timing couldn't have been better.
