"How can Obama take the oath of office to 'preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution' when he clearly does not believe in it and thinks it’s a flawed document, too focused on "negative liberties," instead of positive ones, and wishes to see the Supreme Court "break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution"?
