I think the short congressional career of Dem Tim Mahoney will be coming to a close:

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) — A person close to the campaign of a Florida congressman facing an adultery scandal says the representative was involved in a second affair.

Married U.S. Rep. Tim Mahoney has already been facing accusations he had an affair with a former aide and paid her to keep quiet.

In response to ABC News's report on the allegations, Mahoney has apologized to his family but says he did nothing illegal.

Now, a person close to Mahoney's campaign tells the Associated Press he also was having an affair with another woman around the same time.

The person close to the campaign spoke only on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to openly discuss Mahoney's private life. Mahoney didn't return a message seeking comment.

Will the voters want to trust a guy that cheats on his mistress? It is Florida, so who knows?
