What's the matter with the Wall Street investors? Don't they know the Senate has saved America by passing a bailout bill that provides $6 million for wooden arrow manufacturers? And money for people who ride their bike to work? Why are stocks still plunging?
Could it be that this bill won't really do what everyone promises it will do?
