Peggy Noonan, former Reagan speechwriter and current columnist at the Wall Street Journal, was asked her opinion of Sarah Palin during NBC's debate broadcast last night. Noonan is not one to throw around praise, but can be a very harsh critic of conservatives who don't meet her expectations. When asked about Palin she simply said "she killed":
