More Prop 8 Fallout

Those who opposed Prop 8 have been holding a nightly temper tantrum in the Los Angeles area, and that will apparently go on for awhile...at least until they figure out the election was last week. However, L.A.'s not the only place where people are going after Prop 8 supporters. From Littleton, CO:
Arapahoe County sheriff's deputies responded to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints about 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, some three hours after a church member found a burning copy of The Book of Mormon on a door step...

The caller who reported the fire told authorities a regional facilities manager indicated similar incidents had occurred at other LDS churches, primarily in California, and may have been in retaliation for the LDS church's stance on Proposition 8.

I wonder if anyone has polled Muslims on Prop 8 to see how they voted? Could a Koran be the next holy book burned? (Of course, I ask that in jest because there's not a chance the cranky gays will risk losing their heads. They're very good at going after people who won't fight back.)

A Celebutard Prop 8 opponent has decided to do what most of the opposition won't do and go after the black vote. Here's what alleged comedian and national anthem butcher Roseanne Barr wrote on her blog:
70% of black church going Californians who voted this cycle voted for prop 8. As they overwhelmingly supported America's first chance to elect a person of color and strike a death blow to racism, they also went out of their way to misuse their votes (no doubt at the behest of their immoral and hateful pastors and clergy). . . .
They voted to destroy the constitution that Obama will hopefully uphold against their wishes. . . . They showed themselves every inch as bigoted and ignorant as their white christian right wing counterpartners who voted for mccain-palin and bush-cheney. . . .
The gay community needs to do outreach to the black and latino christian and immigrant communities.
the more things change, the more they stay the same.
REPENT all ye bible blabbers!!!!

Lots of love out there.
