It's Cold in Northern California, But...

I thought I'd check in on my friends in Harvey, ND, since I talk to them every Tuesday morning on the radio. It's right at freezing where I am, but it's a little colder in Harvey:
I bet 48 degrees would be pretty welcome right now in Harvey.
