This Day in 2000

Anybody remember what you were doing on December 13, 2000? I was getting ready to perform at the Saddleback Church Christmas concert that night, but at 6pm they turned the huge video screens to the scene of Al Gore giving his concession speech following his final slapdown by the Supreme Court. The nightmare that was the Florida recount and the presidential election was finally over.
