Regular readers know I spend a weekend in Rockport, TX every year singing at an event down there, and for a small town, they've had their share of grief in the war on terror. The son of friends of mine was killed in Iraq in 2007, and there's a story today about another Rockport family whose son was killed on the USS Cole in 2000. That family is very concerned about the direction the Obama administration is going as far as Guantanamo Bay and the prosecutions of those who committed the bombing against their son's ship.
