Incredibly Annoying Ad of the Day

I'm starting to see this ad everywhere:

To read the ad text you'd think that Obama just took out his wallet and started handing out hundreds to people on the street. His money, not yours.

And it never has to be repaid! (Except through the higher taxes and fees that are bound to follow.)
