Dem Lackey Website Headline of the Day

From Political Wire:
Limbaugh Predicts Kennedy's Death

So, what terrible thing did Rush say this time as reported by PW?
According to ABC News, talk radio show host Rush Limbaugh said that President Obama has now pushed healthcare reform to center stage because it is "highly visible, news leading, gets a great focus, plus it has the great liberal lion Teddy Kennedy pushing it. Before it's all over, it will be called the Ted Kennedy Memorial Health Care Bill."

Political Wire just fell for the latest Dem talking point in their war against Rush and the GOP. How in the world does that statement "predict Kennedy's death"?

It actually doesn't take much effort to predict Kennedy's death. The reality is he is a very sick man (and I'm not just talking about his woman-chasing and campaign worker-killing ways of the past). He has been present in the Senate only briefly the last several months, and based on his diagnosis he's unlikely to be with us at the end of the year.

The Democrats have used their love for Kennedy and his terminal illness to push health care as a tribute to Teddy. I'll be shocked if the final bill is not somehow an official memorial to him.

Since Political Wire was unable or unwilling to provide it, let me suggest you read Rush's remarks in the context of his greater conversation about Obama's tactics. It can be found at RadioEquilizer.

As for Kennedy's future? Who knows, but we'll drive off that bridge when we come to it.

Oh, by the way, since the Dem attacks on Limbaugh began earlier this year his audience has doubled and revenue is running way ahead of last year. He won't be participating in the Obama depression.

Nice work, Dems! It turns out they do know how to grow a business in a down economy.

And, for the sake of the Democrats who are so exercised this morning, we should send Teddy one of these Spamalot t-shirts that I got my son:
UPDATE: Turns out there are in fact plans to name the new health care bill after Kennedy.
