The foreign policy mastery of Barack Obama continues. According to Gateway Pundit Obama sent a letter which stated he looked forward to working with Jacques Chirac for the next four years. Unfortunately for Obama, Chirac left office in 2007.
The current French president is Nicolas Sarkozy. And he's not pleased.
