Malcolm asks asks a couple of good questions: “If this unidentified meal recipient is too poor to buy his own food, how does he afford a cellphone?” “And if he is homeless, where do they send the cellphone bills?”
I have the answer. Even the homeless have to be able to reach their pushers. It hurts business if they're out-of-touch for too long.
