Captain Freed, 3 of 4 Pirates Killed

Finally, some good news on the pirate story:

(CNN) -- The captain of the Maersk Alabama was freed Sunday after being held captive since Wednesday by pirates off the coast of Somalia, a senior U.S. official with knowledge of the situation told CNN.

The official said Capt. Richard Phillips is uninjured and in good condition, and that three of the four pirates were killed. The fourth pirate is in custody. Phillips was taken aboard the USS Bainbridge, a nearby naval warship.

Maybe we can accidentally drop the fourth handcuffed pirate overboard and make it 4 for 4.

More news as it comes out.

UPDATE: Looks like Navy Seals did their thing after the captain jumped overboard again. The Navy missed the first opportunity, but got 'em the second time. The fourth pirate was reportedly aboard the USS Bainbridge negotiating the deal when his companions were ushered to the Pearly Gates by the Seals.

UPDATE - from Fox News, the first photo of Captain Richard Phillips (on the right) being greeting aboard the USS Bainbridge by Captain Frank Castalano:
