According to a post by Al Lutz on the MiceAge blog, Disney will eliminate a position that monitors the photos automatically snapped as riders descend the waterfall at Splash Mountain — a staffer who deletes photos with riders baring breasts as the log plummets down the flume.
The semi-naked unofficial tradition is an attempt by renegade female riders to have their photos show up for sale — and in public view on a TV screen — near the attraction’s exit.
The editor is to disappear in early May.
They're going to have to make the photo viewing area at the end of the ride off limits to anyone under 18.
