A U.S. congressman has introduced a bill that would restrict broadcast advertisements for erectile dysfunction or male enhancement medication.I think he's just mad because he's tried them all and they don't work for him.
Rep. James Moran, a Virginia Democrat, says such ads are indecent and should therefore be prohibited on radio and television between the hours of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., in accordance with Federal Communications Commission policy.
The bill would not restrict ads that merely display or mention the name of the medication.
The bill -- the “Families for ED Advertising Decency Act” – has been referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce.
