Gitmo Quote of the Day

Looks like closing Gitmo is becoming somewhat problematic (from Weekly Standard):

Republicans send around this NIMBY Gitmo story featuring a quote from Senator Max Baucus (D-MT):

“I understand the need to create jobs, but we’re not going to bring al-Qaeda to Big Sky Country — no way, not on my watch,” said Sen. Max Baucus, a Democrat.

Meanwhile, Harry Reid is demanding specifics about where these terrorists will go before allowing Congress to fund a potential move. Good thing Obama's already taken credit for closing Gitmo.

Like most Democrats Obama will probably get credit for his good intentions. The actual results matter.
