FLASHBACK: Obama joins filibuster bid against Alito...Biden, Clinton, Too...
Although I have questions about whether a fight on this nomination is worthwhile, I'm sure there are some Republicans that will be glad to remind Obama that in this new day of partisan politics Supreme Court nominations are not automatically approved. If Obama demands rights that were not given to Bush, this could turn into a real fight.
