The Oscar-winning songwriter and director behind "You Light Up My Life" has been indicted on charges of raping or sexually assaulting 11 women.
Joseph Brooks, who's 71, will be arraigned later Tuesday.
I always assumed the writer of that song would be arrested - not for rape, but for the sappy song.
