At 12:30 pm EDT today President Obama will hold a hastily announced press conference. Support for his domestic agenda is crumbling in Congress, and his decision to sit on his hands and fail to offer even a modicum of support for the protesters in Iran has hurt him on the international scene. He's not having a good month.

John McCain beat him up pretty badly in the Senate yesterday and more than a few people are starting to realize they voted for the wrong guy. Hence, the hail Mary pass press conference.
